...but Thursday is such a delightful short animated film directed by Matthias Hoegg.
He describes it as "an everyday love story set in the not-so-distant future that sees blackbirds battling with technology, automatic palm readers and power cuts".
The movie is director's vision of life in the future presented through a lot of bold graphic quilt patterns which give the movie its charm. And the big part of Thursday is great sound which blends in so perfectly.
